When we left my dock in everglades city this morning the forecast called for heavy rain so decided to fish close to everglades city. The first spot we stop at was an oyster bar were we caught several nice redfish and trout to 5 lbs . The next spot we stop at was a deep creek were the snook were on the bite we caught several to 8 lbs . Later on in the morning the rain started so decided to call it a day. Even with rain the fishing has been great in the everglades
