We left my dock in everglades city at day light and headed way south to try to catch some snook on fly . The first spot we fished was shallow shoreline were the snook were striking glass minnows . On our second cast we scored with a nice snook in the 8 lb range . As the rest of the day went on we caught several nice snook with a few redfish mixed in . Fly fishing in the everglades this time of year can be a lot of fun with some great action
