Today we decided to leave my dock in everglades city at day light to beat the heat . We decided to run south of everglades city and fish for redfish and snook using riptide jigs As we worked down the first shoreline we scored with several nice snook and redfish to 10 lbs . For the rest of the day the redfish and snook fishing stayed steady.

When we left my dock out of everglades city this morning the wind was blowing out of the east at a Strong 15 to 20 mph so we decided to head south and fish for redfish and snook. The bait we were using was live pilchards .At our first spot we scored with several nice snook to 10lbs .At the next spot we stop at there was a good mix of both redfish and snook . As the rest of the day went on the fishing remained steady . This day of fishing in the everglades was filled with a lot of nice redfish and snook

There were strong southwest winds today when we left my dock out of everglades city so we decided to fish in the backcountry were we hide from the wind . As we arrived at my first spot we started casting riptide jigs tip with shrimp there we scored with a few trout and snapper . As the day went on we pick a mix bag of small snook redfish trout and snapper . Overall fishing in the everglades was a little slow but still fun

We left out of everglades city early to fish for redfish and snook .With the wind blowing hard we couldn’t get offshore to get bait so we decided to cast riptide jigs around oyster bars . At our first spot we scored with several nice snook to 10 lbs . As the rest of the day went on we had great action with snook and big redfish with a few nice trout thrown in. This day of fishing in the everglades was windy but with a lot of good redfish and snook action

As we left my dock out of everglades city we were on the hunt for tarpon on fly. We decided to fish the passes were the tarpon were traveling threw . At our first spot we jump 4 tarpon to 100 lbs but couldn’t get any to the boat . As the day went on we hit other tarpon hot spot were we finally boated 2 nice tarpon in the 80 lbs range This is a great time of year in the everglades to fly fish for tarpon

We we left my dock in everglades city we headed offshore to net some white bait, After filling up the baitwell we headed south to lostmans river to fish for snook .With the tide falling we anchored up on a point we the snook were striking glass minnows and within minutes landed and released a 7 lbs snook. For the rest of the day we continued catch and release many snook. This time of year in the everglades is a time to fish for snook

When we left my dock in everglades city this morning the wind was still blowing hard from the south so we decided to cast topwater plugs in the backcountry for snook .As we worked the boat slowly down the shoreline we were casting zara spooks and Mirrowlure topdogs and within minutes we scored with a 9 lbs snook . For the rest the day the snook action stayed good and steady. This day of fishing in the everglades was windy but with good snook action

When we left my dock out of everglades city the wind was blowing hard from the southwest so we decided to fish the backcountry creeks for snapper snook redfish . on the first several casts we caught and landed snook and redfish up to 5 lbs . After a the snook and redfish stop biting the snapper and jewfish started to feed we landed several snapper to 2 lbs and jewfish to 10 lbs . Despite the wind the fishing in the everglades today was good

We left out of everglades city at daylight to fish for redfish and snook . Are plans were to run way south of everglades city and fish some oyster bars around mangrove islands . When we got to the first spot we scored with 7 nice redfish to 8 lbs .At the next spot we fished there was plenty more redfish that were on the bite with a few nice snook mixed in . As the day went on we continued catching a lot more fish . This day of fishing in the everglades was filled with fun and action

When we left my dock out of everglades city the weather was great ,calm and no wind so we decided to run about a 1mile offshore and fish the inshore wreaks . The bait we were using were live shrimp and cut ladyfish . On our first cast we scored with a nice 2 lbs mangrove snapper . Later on in the morning we moved to another spot were we caught a few nice gag grouper and some mackerel . Fishing these inshore wreaks of the everglades can be filled with a lot of action and fun
